Order by Fax:Print your order and fax it to our office @ (310) 581-5228. For Tahitian & South Sea Pearl strands we will fax you a simple purchase form for you to fill in and fax back to us to quickly expedite your order. Divina Pearls collects by law 8.25% sales tax for the State of California.

Return & Exchange Policy
 

As we guarantee an ample 30-day return policy (please note: 15 days for ST Strands and 15 days for Estate & Designer Jewelry), we are sure and confident our products are of the highest quality and will happily meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not delighted you can return it to us for a full and prompt refund within the time frame - shipping and handling charges are Not refundable. For exchange please check for item availability.

Please follow return procedure: in order to process your return request we require that you contact Divina® within 30 days (15 days for ST Tahitian, White & Golden South Sea pearl strands and 15 days for Estate & Designer Jewelry) from your date of receipt of merchandise via fax @ 310-581-5228 or email @ Return@divinapearls.com to receive your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and easy shipping instructions before you return the item. Returned items without an RMA# will not be processed. Upon receipt of your RMA#, please send the item in as-new condition via U.S.Post Office Priority Insured Mail to our address:
